Q69 Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine
The Q69 Series Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine is designed for continuous descaling, cleaning and surface preparation of steel plates, sections, beams, H-beams, steel structures, pipes, profiles and steel castings.
Workpieces are conveyed through the enclosed blasting chamber, where high-speed blast wheels propel abrasive onto the surface to remove rust, scale and other contaminants. Residual abrasive and dust are recovered by the abrasive recycling and dust collection systems, while brushes and high-pressure air ensure thorough cleaning before the workpieces exit the machine.
The machine mainly consists of a roller conveyor system, blasting chamber, abrasive recovery and dust collection system, and electrical control system.
