Molten iron is transferred by rail-guided transfer trolleys, eliminating overhead handling and improving operational safety. Compared with forklift transport, this solution offers higher efficiency and enhanced safety.
The transfer process is fully automated, requiring only one operator for slag skimming. It reduces labor costs, improves productivity, and eliminates the limitations of conventional molten iron handling.
Main Features
The Intelligent Molten Iron Transfer System consists of empty ladle tracks, rails, and transfer trolleys, including a pre-furnace transfer trolley, an intermediate transfer trolley, and a ladle tilting transfer trolley. A spheroidizing chamber is available as an option.
All transfer trolleys are PLC-controlled and support remote radio operation. A laser positioning system ensures accurate positioning.
The pre-furnace transfer trolley is equipped with a weighing system. Molten iron capacity can be customized to meet customer requirements.
