The automatic pouring machine independently developed and manufactured by Qingdao Huaxin is designed for flask and flaskless horizontal molding lines, enabling automatic or semi-automatic pouring of gray and ductile iron castings.
The pouring ladle is tilted by servo motors, allowing precise control of the pouring rate according to casting requirements. The machine consists of a sector ladle, servo tilting mechanism, longitudinal travel unit with rail system, transverse movement mechanism, control system, safety system, cable assembly, and in-stream inoculation system. It provides three-axis movement: longitudinal travel, transverse travel, and ladle tilting.
All safety features comply with relevant safety and environmental standards. Sensors are installed for ladle positioning, movement, and suspension detection. The control system manages travel limits, speed settings, acceleration, and deceleration to ensure safe operation. Mechanical anti-collision limit switches are installed at both ends of the track. A flashing yellow warning light indicates machine operation, and emergency stop buttons are provided in the control room and near the equipment.
