Pneumatic Multi-Head Molding Machine

Designed for green sand molding in foundry operations. Configurable as a standalone machine, mechanized line, or semi-automatic production line. Features pneumatic multi-piston compaction with moderate specific pressure for complex pattern molding.

The multi-piston compaction system compresses the sand mold while ensuring high and uniform mold hardness. The pneumatic multi-head squeezing mechanism provides stable compaction performance without requiring a special foundation. Pattern stripping adopts a synchronized connecting-rod mechanism with air-over-oil speed regulation, enabling smooth, adjustable and reliable stripping.

The pneumatic multi-head molding machine can be configured into a semi-automatic molding line according to customer production requirements. Its modular design and intelligent control provide flexible and efficient sand mold production. Integrated with flask turnover devices, manipulators, roller conveyors and control systems, it forms a complete semi-automatic molding solution ideally suited for multi-variety, small-to-medium batch foundry production.
