Dust Collection System

Activated Carbon Adsorption and Catalytic Combustion System

This activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion system combines an activated carbon adsorption system with hot-air desorption and catalytic oxidation. The VOC treatment system first filters particulate matter, then adsorbs organic molecules before switching to desorption and oxidation after saturation.

Main Features

Process and Performance Highlights

Activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion system for industrial VOC treatment through filtration, adsorption, hot-air desorption and catalytic oxidation.

Particulate Pre-Filtration

Waste gas first enters a filtration chamber to remove particulate matter before adsorption.

Activated-Carbon Adsorption

Organic molecules or molecular clusters are adsorbed by the microporous activated-carbon structure.

Automatic Desorption

After saturation, regulating valves switch automatically and 80–100°C mixed hot air enters the adsorption equipment for desorption.

Catalytic Oxidation

Desorbed organic gas is heated above 250°C and decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O under the action of the catalyst.
