Z86 Series Single/Double-Station Vertical Parting Hot Box Core Shooting Machine

The Z86 series core shooting machine operates by injecting phenolic resin coated sand into an electrically heated core box. The sand core rapidly hardens to a specified thickness within the hot core box and is then removed, producing a finished sand core with a smooth surface and precise dimensions. This equipment is primarily designed for producing solid sand cores within the specified mold plate dimensions and maximum sand shooting weight capacity.

The Z86 series features a vertical parting mold opening/closing system with a center fixed mold and left/right movable molds. Each left and right movable mold is equipped with a set of opening/closing cylinders, allowing two sets of molds to be installed separately. Mold closing is completed by the left and right movable molds respectively. Upon reaching the full mold opening position, the fixed ejector pins are engaged, automatically ejecting the sand core.

This machine is equipped with an automatic sand feeding system and PLC-controlled automatic operation. Huaxin customizes various core shooting machines according to customer casting requirements.
